4. The standard section adopts shot blasting or optional hot galvanizing technology. The joint part of the hot galvanized standard section is machined after the galvanizing process, which ensures high precision, good corrosion resistance, economy and durability. All the other parts adopt acid pickling and phosphating treatment.
5. Dahan has gained 31 national patent technologies including safety devices and structural parts and control system, which ensures the safety and reliability of products.
6. The major electrical apparatus all use Schneider products which features good reliability and accuracy in repeated positioning.
7. The drive plate and bottom plate of safety device are holistically processed with CNC lathe, featuring good bore position and high precision.
8. The hoisting cage adopts holistic machining after welding, which ensures high precision. The major stress parts adopt Q345B cold bent steel which features high strength and more beautiful appearance.
9. The automatic oiling device ensures good lubrication of the gear and rack for longer service life, low vibration and low noise. The small parts like cable drum, cab, and guard bars all adopts galvanizing treatment for good anti-corrosion. The adjustable hoisting boom makes the installation more convenient.
10. The gears, backgears and idler wheels are all made of 20CrMnTi materials, featuring good wear resistance. The gear surface processing, flatness and precision are all improved. The service life of gears is improved by 30%-50%, which reduces repair, noise and vibration.
